Mark joined Celtic at the end of the 96/97, after David Williams was injured, joining from Bolton. After Celtic, he joined Sligo Rovers. In 1998 he went to Telford (8 games), Kidderminster Harriers (2 games) and Wycombe Wanders (4). He settled at Leigh in 2001, playing 33 games, before joining Stevenage in 2002 for two seasons making 44 appearances. After Stevenage Mark played for Hyde then Droylsden, Hornchurch and then in 2011 joined Warrington Town.
