We’re delighted to confirm that both Cole Lonsdale and Joe Robbins have had their loan deals from Ashton United extended until the end of the season.

The duo, who joined the Club last month on an initial 28 day loan have now had their loans extended and will remain at Celtic for the remainder of the season.

Having both made significant contributions to the squad over the last month, full-back Cole and midfielder Joe have played in every game since their arrival.

Manager James Kinsey was delighted to have extended the pairs’ stay, he said: “Cole and Joe have been fantastic since coming in. They’ve added real quality to the group and they have settled in with the group really well.

“Their experience is showing and we are delighted that they want to stay here as they’re both enjoying it so much. We think they will only get better now they’ve had a run of games.”
