We’re pleased to confirm the signing of attacking midfielder Brad Byrne!

Brad scored 26 goals last season for Wythenshawe Town and is the Clubs current top scorer since they moved into the non-league pyramid.

Having left Wythenshawe over the Summer, Brad has started the season with Cheadle Town, scoring on his debut.

Brad will now link up with a few familiar faces at Bower Fold.

Manager James Kinsey tells us: “Brad is somebody who we first picked up when managing at East Manchester. He made the move over to Wythenshawe, where he is the current top scorer for the club since they moved into the non-league pyramid.

“He is somebody who runs through brick walls and knows exactly what we want from our players. He’s a Stalybridge lad and that too is important to us. We are delighted he’s back playing for us as management!”
