The 27-year-old full-back is a former NPL Division One West title winner with Atherton Collieries and joins the club having made 84 appearances for Bury AFC over the last two seasons.
Jake was named as one of Atherton’s player’s of the decade in 2019, having played in 157 games for The Colls between 2014-2019.
He’s also represented Halifax Town, Salford City, Hindsford and Trafford throughout his career and comes with vast experience.


After securing the signing of Jake, Manager James Kinsey added: “Jake is another player that has experience of winning this league from his time with Atherton Colls.
“He can play on either side for us which is an added bonus and he is really strong defensively.
“He was really keen to come in with us and we know what we’re getting with him.
“At 27, he still has a number of great playing years ahead of him.â€
