Frankie has been gaining first team experience playing for Thackley AFC in the NCEL Premier Division where he has become a key player, scoring four goals in January and being named the team's Player of the Month.
Whilst featuring for Thackley, Frankie has trained with Halifax’s first team and featured for The Shaymen in the West Riding County Cup earlier this season.
Frankie will now test himself at a higher level as he joins Chris Willcock’s side ahead of today’s game with South Shields.
The club would like to thank Halifax and Thackley for allowing Frankie to join Celtic.
